Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases that consumers (§ 13 BGB) make from Lancer Kickshop (owner: Lancer Kickshop), brd-walburger-wallstr. 17, 59494 Soest, Germany ("we", "us") through this website (Lancer Kickshop).
2. How a contract is made
The products on this website are not a binding offer. You choose a product (size, patches, name and number where offered), add it to the cart and go to checkout. There you enter your contact details and delivery address, tell us how you want to pay, and review your order. Until you click "Order with obligation to pay" you can correct your entries on the checkout page, change the cart, or leave the page. By clicking the button you make a binding offer to buy the goods in your cart. We confirm your order by email or WhatsApp; the contract is made when we confirm your order or, at the latest, when we deliver the goods.
Contract language: English. We store your order data. After you order, you receive an order confirmation by email with the withdrawal information attached as a PDF (which also links to these terms and to the privacy policy); you can also download a PDF of your order and open your order again at any time with the private link in that email, or in your account.
3. Prices
All prices are final prices in euro. No VAT is charged (small business regulation, § 19 UStG). Delivery costs are added where they apply (see 4).
4. Delivery and delivery costs
Delivery within 14–21 days after we receive your payment. Delivery costs: 3.99 EUR for an order of one item; delivery is free from 2 items. We deliver to the address you give at checkout. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you without delay and refund any payment you already made.
5. Payment
At checkout you tell us which payment method you want to use (for example Revolut, PayPal or bank transfer) and the details we need to match your payment (for example your Revolut tag or the email of your PayPal account). After your order you send us your order and its PDF on WhatsApp, and we reply with the payment details. Payment is due within 7 days after you receive our payment details, unless we agree otherwise. We start preparing your order when we have received your payment.
6. Personalised goods and custom orders
Goods with a printed name or number, and goods made from a custom request, are made to your specifications. For custom requests we send you a quote first; an order is only made when you accept it. These goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal (see 7).
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, the model withdrawal form and the exceptions are in our withdrawal information. You can also withdraw online at /withdraw.
8. Liability for defects
The statutory rights for defects apply. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with your order reference and, if possible, photos.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and as provided by the Product Liability Act. Otherwise the statutory rules apply.
10. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory provisions of the country where you live.
